Roamr is a travel cashback platform that enables users to earn cashback rewards on tours, activities, and experiences booked through our platform. The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase, and registered users will gain access to the full booking platform once it launches.
To register and use Roamr, you must be at least 18 years old, be a resident of Australia or New Zealand, provide accurate registration information, and not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
Roamr operates a tiered cashback rewards system where users earn cashback on eligible bookings. Cashback rates vary depending on membership tier and are awarded only after eligible experiences have been successfully completed.
The Founding Club is a special membership available to eligible early registrants. Members receive premium benefits including permanent Voyager status, enhanced cashback rewards, and early access to selected platform features.
No. Pre-launch registration is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee Founding Club membership, specific cashback rates, partner availability, or access to any future services.

All content, branding, software, designs, logos, and materials available through Roamr remain the exclusive property of Roamr Pty Ltd. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
Yes. Roamr works with third-party tour operators and booking platforms to deliver experiences and process bookings. Your interactions with these providers may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Roamr's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party operator actions, or damages beyond the limits described in these Terms.
Yes. Roamr may suspend or terminate registrations or accounts if these Terms are breached, fraudulent activity occurs, or the Service is discontinued. Users may also request deletion of their registration at any time.
